My Sourdough Bread with Rye flour, whole wheat flour and semolina flour

Hi beautiful people, today i'm asking myself and i... can't imagine why, even today, there are so much acts agains kids, i can't figure out the reason of this. I'm always been a respectful person, i alway lay a hand to help others, when i became a mother I realized even more that children should be protected, using all our strength, this must be a work done by all of us. Instead I realized , during pregnancy and after childbirth,that acts more despicable are perpetuated against children, children who are innocent and pure!
So let's get started !!!

Ingredients

circa 400 grams of soudough
2 tablespoons of oil of olive (evo)
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
30 grams of ground salt
330 grams of whole wheat flour
500 grams of rye flour
400 grams of semolina
1 1/2 L of h20

Pre heat the oven for 2 hrs at 250 °C
after two hours enter you bread.
t leavening: 7 - 8 hours
T= 250 ° C (40 mins)
T=220°C (30 mins)
T= 220°C (15 mins - open your oven just a little bit)
Put a pan with water into your oven for all the baking process
